Day 01: Arrive – Siem Reap (L/D)
Arrive in Siem Reap. Check in at the hotel. Lunch will serve at local restaurant. Afternoon tour to visit the floating village of Chong Kheas. Located in the south of Siem Reap. Take the traditional wooden boat for the ride on the Tonle Sap Lake, the “Great Lake” of Cambodia, one of the largest in Asia and flows into the Sap River joining the Mekong in Phnom Penh. Transfer back to Siem Reap and visit the Old Market where you can see the fresh local product and souvenir stalls. Dinner will serve at local restaurant and overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: Siem Reap (B/L/D)
Early morning drive to Angkor Wat Temple and view the sunrise. Transfer back to hotel for breakfast. Visit the Rolous group. The monuments of Roluos which served as the capital of Indravaraman I (reigned 877-89) visit the Preah Ko, erected by Indavaraman I in the late 9th century and dedicated by the King to his ancestors in 880. Bakhong the largest and the most interesting of the Roluos group temples with his active Buddhist monastery just to the north of the east entrance. Lolei- the four brick towers are the replicas of the ones at Preah Kho, built an islet in the center of large reservoir by Yasovarman I the founder of the first city of Angkor. Lunch will serve at local restaurant. Afternoon proceed to the South Gate and visit the Bayon Temple ,unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara also you can see Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terraces and the Terrace of the Leper King. In the late afternoon walk at the top of the Phnom Bakheng to view the amazing sunset over the Angkor Wat. Dinner will serve at a local restaurant with the traditional Apsara show and overnight at the hotel.
Day 03: Siem Reap (B/L)
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Morning visit to Banteay Srei the “Women’s Citadel” located 32 kilometers from Siem Reap town; this was Cambodia’s last major Khmer temple to be re-discovered. Also visit the Ta Prohm Temple which embraced by the roots of the enormous fig trees. Lunch will serve at local restaurant. In the Afternoon visit the 7th world heritage Angkor Wat a unique and stunning blend of spirituality and symmetry an enduring example of man’s devotion to his God.
